Apple in Australia has started to refund its customers.
This comes after the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) took legal action against Apple for misleading Australian consumers regarding the iPad 3’s 4G capabilities.
The Telstra 4G network in Australia is in fact not compatible with iPad 3, which is officially known as “The new iPad”.
Just in case you’re not aware: in Singapore, the iPad 3 is also not compatible with the 4G networks of our 3 main telcos (Singtel, M1 and Starhub).
